Experience

Jeremy received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics from Tufts University in the greater Boston, Massachusetts area (U.S.A.).  Following his academic and basketball career at Tufts University, Jeremy became an Acquisitions Associate at Eastern Real Estate where Jeremy garnered experience underwriting and assisting valuation of Class A Commercial Properties throughout the United States of America.  Jeremy later held a position as a Financial Advisor at Morgan Stanley Smith Barney in Syracuse, New York.  Jeremy then continued his journey in finance and real estate with Marcus & Millichap and later a group of individuals and Jeremy launched the spin out company Horvath & Tremblay.  Jeremy has most recently created J.D.B. CORPORATION based in Revere, Massachusetts and is 100% owner. 

Jeremy welcomes new opportunities in acquisitions and dispositions, development, and brokerage throughout the world including Government, AI, Real Estate, Sports, and Business.
